i have plantar fasciitis and found comfortable shoes BUT….?
the shoes are able to bend in the middle, which i know is bad?
but they are SOO comfortable, the most comfortable i have found so far.
and there is a slight heel which is great for plantar fasciitis.
would it be a bad idea to buy the shoes (b/c of the ability to bend the middle of the sole)?

i had that planter thingmabob
and i just continued wearing converse
(worst possible thing ever for that)
but yeah.
the doctor told me that it was also from the arch support and running on like hard surfaces (gym/pavement)
so if you get thoes shoes consider an arch insert, they’re sold eveerywhere [:
Why do you think that shoes that ‘bend in the middle’ are bad? Most shoes do that.
If the shoes are comfortable and help your problem, buy them.
I had plantar fasciitis and found that a simple foam insert helped a lot. The problem eventually went away, but will show up again if I walk a lot. So, I don’t. Took up cycling.
