I loved the look of this shoe which is similar to the “caged” style that is so chic right now. Knowing that Sofft designed and made it was another reason to buy the shoe. I wore this for the first this last Saturday which included being on my feet for 1.5 hours and then heading to a concert with my family (so there was city walking involved). My feet were comfortable and secure the whole time. The style is very slimming to my legs and I love the black suede.
My only reason for not giving it five stars is that my feet have to get used to the way the bands cover the toe area. Nothing caused any pain, just a light rub on my big toe.
I am looking forward to wearing this shoe on family trips. I think this is a great shoe for looking chic and being comfortable whether pants or skirt.
