Brown ballet flats… practically anything as long as it is casual.
Blue ballet flats… same as above, except make sure the color works with what you’re wearing.
White tennis shoes don’t look good with anything. Just wear them when you work out.
It’s really hard to say what kind of accessories to wear when I don’t have a specific outfit in mind.
Makeup doesn’t have much to do with your shoes. It has to do with your face and your skin coloring. Just don’t go overboard and make it appropriate for the time of day.

White new balance tennis shoes- A pair of pink sweat pants, a matching hoodie and a white sparkly tank top underneath. No jewlery.
i agree, some kind of summer dress, they always look good with ballet flats. make sure the colors go well together though!
