They were shoes that only cost $20.00 and were sponsored by a famouse basketball player. He wanted to give "cool" tennis shoes to kids who could not afford the $150.00 pair of Air Jordans.

Big Ben Wallace (of the Bulls) started his $20 line this past summer, but there have been numerous in the past few years (stodamire, marbury, etc).
