What shoe size is this in UK?

I'm a UK size 10. So which size should I buy here? What are these sizes equal to in the UK?

A UK 10 would equal a EU 43. The chart doesn’t actually show this but it says 42 is a 9 so obviously a 43 would be a 10. Hope this helps!
