Which sneaker is more comfortable for work, walking or running shoes?

I work 12 hour shifts and I need a good pair of sneakers that will hold up to the challenge of being on my feet all day. So are running shoes more comfortable or walking shoes? Thanks so much!

Personally, I’m not a runner, but I prefer running shoes. The sole by the toe is more rounded, walking had a thicker, more stiff, square sole…..hope this helped.

well casual shoes lolz XD like shoes with cushions! Umm…. Converse could be a pretty good choice… theyre pretty cheap >< but thats just me... Nike Airforce or Deltaforce feels pretty nice too haha... Well I think shoes that have flat bottoms are good.... BUTTTT FOR SUREE NOT SKATEBOARD SHOES! If you're looking for comfort, Skateboarding shoes aren't really thing thing for you cause theyre pretty stiff at the heel and stuff and not a lotta cushioning. (btw skateboarding shoes brands like DC, Airwalk, Element, etc) yah =] this is my opinion >< soooo yah

Just regular tennis shoes.
Running shoes, like Pumas, are best for a soft surface.
They are So much more comfy.
[My poor, aching feet!]

The best way to go is a pair of nike shox. Ive worked at footlocker for a while and these shoes offer the best support for being on your feet all day. I used to have allot of problems from standing all day. until i started wearing shox. Another big thing is the insoles we sell help me allot, it just depends on your foot, and they go perfect with shox. its the ultimate combination for standing all the time especially if you have back pain. They may look funny to some people but they work very very well.
